This shield is completely custom.
The dark lines in the picture is wood grain that varies with each and every piece of wood.  
Let me know name of locality or fire department, the firefighter's number, and firefighter's name.  
This is carved from solid wood, spraypainted with interior, exterior paint.
If you want to hang it outdoors, let me know so I can apply an exterior protective finish.
